Seth clearly loves animals and even though one of them completely hid (pretty much the norm for him) they were well fed and he connected with one of them completely and was professional and trustworthy. Heather came to meet me before and immediately felt comfortable with her. He had plenty of toys out which let me know he was trying to impress her with his toys and he was nice and tired from a good walk. Really appreciated her ability to work with him on such short notice while I was working.
