It was my first time using Rover and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Jason always sent really thoughtful updates with photos of my pet so that I could be at ease that she was well taken care of! Kate was very communicative from our first message. She set up a meet and greet with our cat. She has a lovely demeanor. Our cat came up and allowed her to pet her on her first interaction.
