Dog Boarding in Tamworth

Laura and Bill recently cared for our 9 year old dog, Moxie, for several days and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again. Their home situation is perfect for dog care, with a large fenced yard, a spacious indoors with furniture a dog's nails can't hurt, and a welcoming attitude for dogs to jump up on couches and make themselves at home. They obviously love dogs. They even welcomed Moxie into their bed at night. Personally, they are very knowledgeable and experienced in dog care. Their warm sense of humor allows acceptance of varying dog personalities and it was gratifying to see Moxie respond to them immediately. At least one of them is home with the dog and there is never a crated dog in their home. Bill and Laura are the kind of folks you want as neighbors. We instinctively trusted them with Moxie.

Caitlyn was super! Responsive, caring and timely. I was away for five days and felt that my little Frenchie was in good hands. Would definitely book with her again.

We could not ask for a better caretaker for our Charlie. He spent 12 days with Susan and got the most loving and attentive care possible. Susan sends pictures daily and always leaves us feeling that Charlie is safe and happy. We would give Susan 10 stars if that was an option!

Gallup had a great time- the whole family gave him so much love and attention!!! He wants to go back for sure— and we will happily leave him with this family again

We simply cannot thank Kim enough for the love and care Chester received during his holiday stay. We could see from the photos how happy he was to be there!! Highly recommend Kim and cannot wait to book another playdate with his friends!

Christy was incredible. We just moved to the area and needed someone to watch our Macy over the holidays and Christy was available and she was amazing. She sent us updates and took the best care of her. We will definitely be having her watch Macy again next time we go out of town. 10/10 recommend!!

Alina was absolutely fantastic with our dog Thor! He is a lovable guy with lots of energy and she was wonderful about taking him out on the trails and making sure he got lots of hugs and snuggles while his family was away for the holidays. I would absolutely recommend her to friends who were looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter (we got lots of reassuring texts and pictures!) I’m sure Thor is looking forward to his next stay - I think he had as much fun on vacation as we did!

Julie-Ann was an amazing caregiver for our little pup. She is also an incredible photographer and got some of the very best photos we have ever had. She was incredibly easy to work with and very flexible as our plans changed. We were nervous about leaving our beloved pup, but Julie-Ann made us feel very comfortable. She communicated regularly and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

It was our first time using a dogsitter and Briana kept us as worry-free as possible, and seemed to keep our rambunctious beagle happy and occupied (a huge feat). Glad we found her.

I used Suzanne O's dog sitting services for the first time when we went away for a week over Christmas and would definitely recommend and use her services again. She gave me text updates and photos all week long. Her dog, Koda was very sweet and respectful with my dog, George. Her home was neat and dog friendly with a fully enclosed small back yard. I don't think George missed me one bit and it gave us piece of mind and we had a wonderful vacation. Our plane was delayed 6 hrs coming home and George needed to stay an extra night, Suzanne was very understanding and it was not a problem.

Eliot was very accommodating and when booking and super flexible during boarding, especially for something done so last minute. She kept me updated all throughout my cats stay with pictures and videos as well. She made my cat happy and comfortable, I couldn’t ask for more!

Jane was amazing! She took such good care of our dog and sent pictures and updates. i would highly recommend Jane! Jane was so kind and caring and my dog loved her, he didn't want to leave. Thank you Jane!!

Jennifer did a fantastic job. She helped me out at the last minute due to my pre-arranged dog sitter canceled. Jennifer sent pictures of my dogs while we were away. They were very happy when we picked them up.

Grace was awesome! She set up a Meet and Greet so Roxy could meet her and the other dogs before she came to stay, which I really appreciated since this was only the 2nd time I used a Rover. Grace was extremely professional, had plenty of space for the dogs to roam and was happy to answer all my questions. She also sent pictures while we were gone. When I came to get Roxy she was peacefully sleeping away in her bed. I could tell that she enjoyed being there. I Highly recommend Grace and will definitely use her again!!

Robin is great! Our dog Jack was in wonderful and fun hands his whole stay, and we got great pictures while we were away. Drop off and pick up were super easy.

Trish was so great taking care of my dog Stormy! She not only send text with updates but photos also. She took her time with me at drop off and helped me make sure my dog would have no problems with her dogs. Stormy had such a great time and came home happy, healthy, and tired out from all the fun play times. Would highly recommend!!!!
