We had an amazing experience with Heidi! This was our first time using Rover, and we were initially hesitant about leaving Charles with someone new, especially since he’s very energetic. However, after meeting Heidi and her husband during the meet-and-greet, all our concerns melted away. They were incredibly kind, and it was clear that Charles would have a blast. Heidi and her husband have a dog of their own, and it was obvious that Charles would make a great new friend. Throughout his stay, Heidi kept us updated with photos and videos, showing that Charles received plenty of playtime, exercise, mental stimulation, and even some training. We felt completely confident in our decision to leave him with her and would highly recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter!

Briana has been amazing helping to take on my doggo during my 48hr shifts of work! Photo updates everyday and she goes above and beyond keeping my doggo healthy and happy. I couldnt suggest her more for your furry friends and I appreciate her help so much!!

Sylvia was amazing. Her house is set up specifically for taking care of pets. There are water bowls at all heights, extra beds, toys, and covers on the furniture so your furry babies can feel right at home. She took care of my dog and my cat and met all their needs and then some. I got loads of pictures and updates on what was happening during the day. Next time I'm on the coast, Sylvia will be my go-to sitter.

Alina was absolutely fantastic with our dog Thor! He is a lovable guy with lots of energy and she was wonderful about taking him out on the trails and making sure he got lots of hugs and snuggles while his family was away for the holidays. I would absolutely recommend her to friends who were looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter (we got lots of reassuring texts and pictures!) I’m sure Thor is looking forward to his next stay - I think he had as much fun on vacation as we did!

Caitlyn was super! Responsive, caring and timely. I was away for five days and felt that my little Frenchie was in good hands. Would definitely book with her again.

Faith took excellent care of Tilly while we went out of town for awhile. She is very communicative and very sweet to Tilly overall. They clearly developed a bond right away. This was our first time leaving our pandemic dog for such a long time and it went very very smoothly. We will definitely ask Faith to watch Tilly again next time we’re looking for some help.

Trish is an excellent host! She took wonderful care of our 80lb lab. He had so much fun playing with her dog and playing outside in the snow. I would definitely recommend her!

Diana takes wonderful care of Hannah; she sends photos & keeps me informed. Hannah loves snuggling in her cozy home.

Gabby was magnanimous. We needed a quick reservation for two different days and she was very accommodating. Our baby boy Houdini (nickname Houdy) is only 13 weeks and he bonded with Gabby and her family quickly and very well. He was happy both times we picked him up. Houdy is very energetic, hyper and wants to play all the time. Each time we picked him up his energy was well spent. He was calm and extra loving. We are new dog owners, therefore we are all new to dog lifestyle. Gabby was very helpful and even gave some pointers. We have found our home away from home family for our baby. I give Gabby 10 stars not just 5 for she not only know how to care for our puppy but she also gave extra love. I highly recommend Gabby for short or tong term care for your pets. Katie gave our cats excellent care while we were away and was very accommodating with some last minute change in plans. We appreciated the pictures she sent everyday which helped us feel at ease that we could see them every night. Communication was excellent with any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to ask Katie to watch our cats again on vacation. Thanks Katie!!

Couldn't have asked for a better family to watch our dogs!!! We got updates every day which made leaving them for a week much easier. Our pups loved them and definitely got plenty of love in our absence. If we ever need someone to watch our fur babies again we know exactly who to go to!!

Jeanne took excellent care of our Golden Retriever, Tess! Sent pictures frequently. This was Tess’ first time away from us since the beginning of the pandemic, and while she was a little nervous at first, she did fine! Will use Jeanne again soon!

We are so grateful to Janice for watching our furr baby. We knew right away Janice was going to be a good fit for taking care of our Pheebs. She kept us posted throughout the day with pictures and commentary with how the day was going. We will definitely be looking to have Janice watch her again. Thank you, Janice!

Our pup Rocco stayed with Ashley for a weekend and it seems like he had a blast from the pictures Ashley kept sending us. She gave us daily updates on how he was doing and their activities accompanied with some cute pictures. She was so attentive and kept us in the loop throughout the weekend and was so accommodating to a change in reservation request we had made. She made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. We are so grateful for Ashley and her pup Bailey with whom Rocco hung out with all weekend. Whenever we go up to Maine again and need someone to take care of Rocco, we look forward to having it be Ashley! She’s awesome and Bailey is just the cutest dude! ?

Steven took great care of our cat Spooky during our 1-week vacation. He was very responsive, accomodating, and sent updates as well as pictures throughout. I would absolutely trust him with our pets again.
