Wonderful experience! This was our first time using Rover, and we are fans! Melissa was on time, great with our dogs, and very kind. We will being using her in the future!

Abby has watched my boys a few times and has done a fantastic job each time. She keeps us posted with updates and provides pictures multiple times a day. Would use her again.

From the very beginning, Nicole was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to all of our needs. They took excellent care of our home and, more importantly, showed so much love and patience with our pets. Nicole kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind. Jayde was awesome. She took great care of Chip as his first time overnight sitter. She kept us updated with how he was doing and sent pictures. We definitely use Jayde again!

She was very nice and showed up on time!! She took great care of Sojo and Phoebe!!! She even sat in the floor to pet Sojo!! That was so sweet!!

Andrew did an excellent job with my two small dogs. I never left my dogs with anyone due to their anxiety and illnesses. One has IBD and the other Addisons. Stress can cause a life-threatening emergency in the one with Addisons. Andrew did not even blink when I present the list of medications and routines that were needed to keep them as stress free as possible. He took very detailed notes, asked great questions and fully dedicated himself to the care of my dogs. He was even willing to take the one to emergency care at any hour of the day/night if needed. He provided daily photos, videos and progress reports which helped me. I would highly recommend him and will use him again. Andrew separated himself from the other sitters I spoke to by devoting his time to their care and well being. He also left my home in excellent condition when he left.

Greg cares deeply for Riley and provides detailed updates to ensure I am in the loop. Riley is always safe and happy with Greg. He is the best to my furbaby.

Julie is very reliable & she took care of my cat. I felt at ease while I was on vacation. This is the 1st time I left him alone with anyone since I got him which was close to a year ago. I definitely would recommend Julie & I would let her take care of all my pets. When I go away again, I will contact Julie to see if she can watch my cat again. Great job.
