Galina is simply one of the best! Especially being our first experience having a dog boarding service. She is very flexible when it comes to meeting our need. She updates us daily with photo & video as well. We are so grateful to have found Galina here at Rover. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable person for your pet while you’re away. Ziming watched our dog, Augie, for a week while we were traveling internationally. It was a great experience! She is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, sharing regular updates on how he was doing along with pictures. She even went so far as to bathe and brush him the day that we picked him up. We would highly recommend Ziming and plan to continue to board with her in the future!

My dog Lucky was in the BEST hands with Caroline! She communicated with me regularly, sent photos of Lucky daily, responded quickly to my texts, and kept me informed of his behavior. Also, Lucky was thrilled to play with Caroline's dogs. He was exhausted when I picked him up because of all the playing he did! I would highly recommend Caroline as she took great care of Lucky. I will be using her again and again!

Claire did an amazing job! She was very responsive, took my dog lots of places on walks, and sent me tons of pictures. My dog was so happy to be with her and we plan on booking Claire again in the future

This review is left too late! Patricia is so accommodating. After I booked Patricia, my trip had to get canceled last minutes, and I had already paid for her services. I asked if she would mind the postponing for a later date, and she was able to still keep her 3 months later. Such a lifesaverf! I really appreciated Patricia being my sitter for Gigi. She has a very calming presence. Even though my wifi was spotty through out my trip, Patricia always made sure to communicate with me about how Gigi was holding up, along with such cute pictures to reassure me all was well. I can tell Gigi was happy and comfortable, and that's all a dog mom wants. I would definitely book again. Thank you!!

I always bring Reese’s here the attention and care my dog gets here is 10 out of 10 . I will not be going anywhere else. Anytime I try to take Reese to a pets hotel she gets super nervous and starts crying but when I bring her here she’s always excited and ready to go.

I needed a sitter and a pinch she was readily available. She did a wonderful job with him. He was extremely happy. I will definitely use Limin again.

Carmen and her family are amazing people! They are incredibly kind, caring, and pleasant during our entire interaction and really took great care of our dog. We were provided with daily updates, photos, and he was returned to us clean, happy, and well kept! We could tell that our pup felt comfortable in their home and was welcomed with open arms (many open arms)! Thank you Carmen and family for what you do and the wonderfully genuine demeanor you guys have. Mishka is looking forward to staying with you again!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Noelle and Victor .. I am always so nervous whe I have to leave Dunkin but from the moment I met Noelle she eased my fears completely. They kept me updated By sending lots of pictures of Dunkin and updated me so much during his 2 night stay. When I picked up Dunk he was so happy and well taken care of … I will without a doubt be leaving my boy with Noelle and Victor again in 3 weeks and I’m so relieved I can leave him and know they take such wonderful care of him ❤️

Jennifer was an absolute pleasure! Our sweet Betsy girl spent the weekend with her and her dog Penny. They got along perfectly and Jennifer kept me updated the whole time she was there. I think my dog Betsy had such a good time she was sad to come back home. 🤣 10 out of 5 stars.

This was our first time using a sitter and Christina went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations! She treated Lydia as if she were her own, welcoming her into her home, following her dietary and playtime needs, giving her extra love, and keeping us updated with adorable photos and videos. Christina is truly a PRO. I will not only be using her again but I will be recommending her to anyone I know that cares about their dog's well-being <3. We adore you, Christina and thank you!

Fernando was great! He sends us lots of photos and kept us up to date throughout Sherus stay. Sheru had a great time with them and their puppy :) looking forward to booking him again!

Great communication before/during my cats stay! Leslie also sent so many photos throughout the day and was great at updating me on how he was doing!

Our dog Dusty had such a great time boarding with Diana and Will! He's normally so nervous with strangers but warmed up to them so quickly. They kept us up to date throughout with how he was doing as well as pictures. We truly felt so confident with having him in their care and we're looking forward to doing so again soon!

Eduardo was excellent! This was my first time leaving my dog somewhere since I had recently adopted him and then subsequently had to travel for work. He was obviously well taken care of. He (my pup) had some diarrhea when he came home that I was worried about but Eduardo assured me that sometimes happens from the stress and he went out of his way to call me and follow up to make sure everything was ok. Overall great experience and super trustworthy boarder. I would definitely reach out to him to take care of my pup if/when I’ll need it next. Highly recommend and he has long time to experience so look no further!

Gabriela is awesome! You can tell she cares about your dog just as much as you do. My pup loved hanging out with the other dogs and I enjoyed getting pictures from Gabriela throughout the day. Highly recommended!
