Elizabeth was wonderful with our 12-year-old small dog—kind, patient, and attentive. Before our trip, she met with us in person to learn our pup’s likes and quirks, which meant so much to us. Anastasia went above and beyond taking care of our kitten. Our flight was delayed and she was more than accommodating. Our kitten was super happy and content when we got home.
