Kristie has been absolutely wonderful. She has looked after our four kitties with the utmost care. We left our cats under her supervision while we were away for two weeks and she has taken great care of them. We will definitely use her again. I highly recommend booking with Kristie! Cherrie took care our Kitty cat, and the 2 Guinea pigs very well. She’s very dependable and never disappoints. I love the photos and detailed updates that she sends - it makes me feel comfortable. They were all happy when we got back from vacation. Highly recommended.

Karen is an absolute gem! I cannot say enough about how lucky we feel to have found her. Like most people reading Rover reviews, our cats (6) are like children to us. Lovable troublemakers who deserve the best care possible so we can worry about little less when we travel. Enter Karen. During our time away, she was extremely communicative and made us feel like we were right there. All the updates gave us comfort that not only were they being cared for, but she really friended them and got a good feel for their unique characteristics. That’s super important in trusting someone to know if there’s a change that warrants concern. Not only that, Mother Nature decided to dump piles of ice and snow up home. One of our cats needs medicine every 12 hours and Karen braved the elements to ensure he got it! 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating, she needs 10!

Did a great job caring for my kitties over the Xmas/ New Year holidays. Sent daily updates, which kept me informed. My kitties told me Rikki can visit anytime.

Wade was on time and thorough, right from the beginning of our interactions. He asked us questions that I hadn’t even considered such as had we left his name with our vet in case of emergencies so he could bring in our cat should it be needed. He also mentioned, that that had never happened to him, but always good to be prepared. Highly recommended.

Shannon was an exceptional cat sitter for our cat, Ghost! She was prepared and was incredibly thorough at our first meeting. She asked important questions and took notes to ensure she had all the info she needed prior to starting the job. For every visit with Ghost she provided check in summaries as well as photos of him. Usually when we go away for a period of time Ghost is anxious or skittish when we get back - but when we came home from this trip, Ghost was as happy as ever! Shannon clearly took great care of him while we were away. We cannot recommend her enough - she was amazing!!

From the reports and Rover card photos Izzy really enjoyed Emma's company, and despite being a shy cat, he came out and let her brush him right away. She made me feel comfortable leaving Izzy in someone else's care for the first time. I will definitely book her for my next trip, if she's available.

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week.
