I can't express enough how wonderful Charles was in taking care of my cats! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in great hands. He not only took care of their basic needs but went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. Every day, Charles sent me the cutest updates, complete with photos and little anecdotes that truly brightened my day. Charles truly made an effort to keep their routine as normal as possible. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Charles won his heart, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he provided. It's clear that Charles has a genuine love for animals, and I could tell my cats adored him just as much as I did. If you're looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were their own, look no further than Charles. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking him again in the future. Kyla did a marvelous job caring for my babies, which eased my mind & level of worrying when I was away. She even came through for me when it was difficult finding someone for a unexpected last minute trip that I needed to take approaching a holiday weekend. I will definitely look to use her services in the future & would highly recommend her ??

Darby is super great to work with. He’s flexible with short notice and patient with Howie’s quirks. And his during walk photo shoots are top notch!

Another incredible visit from Mary Anna, and on short notice at that! Her and my kitty, Marlo, are pretty much besties at this point! She is the best. So courteous, communicative, friendly, and genuinely cares about my cat. I wish Rover would let me tip me than 30% because Mary Anna deserves way more than that for her ability to put both me and my cat at ease. Thank you so so much!

After a last minute change of holiday plans, Ari came to the rescue and was able to check in on my foster cats while I was away. Ari was communicative and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend their services!

Bailey was an amazing sitter to have for our cats, we had a lot of requests involving the cats and she was more than happy to do all of them. She sent me a TON of pictures which made me feel way better about being away from the kitties. Her long, detailed descriptions of the visits also did a lot to put me at ease! Highly recommend Bailey for your fur babies

Madeleine was such a great sitter. Our furbabies (cats) had a blast. They were well cared for and treated with love while we were gone. We definitely recommend Madeleine, she was absolutely great!

Unfortunately I can’t give 5 starts for this drop in because it wasn’t the best care that Shannon has given my pets before. I was gone for 3 days before her drop in and then I was returning 2 days after. When I arrived there was no water coming out of my water fountain for my cat. I asked her about it and she said she checked and it was 3/4 full. I don’t know if my cat didn’t have water for 1 day or 2 days but it was shocking/sad so see when I got home that the fountain was almost empty with no running water. I personally (as an owner and a rover sitter myself) would not have left the fountain not 100% full especially if I looked in it and saw more water could be added to it. I do feel like from past visits, Shannon provided good care to my pets so I would reach out again in the future but this one event to me does not deserve 5 stars. I view a 5 star sit as the sitter goes above and beyond / everything is fine when you arrive home.

Bethany is awesome. She is very communicative, followed instructions perfectly, and my cat loves her. Would definitely recommend!

Sam sent lots of pictures and gave my cat all the attention and play time he deserves! He can get lonely sometimes when I'm away, but in Sam's excellent care, he was his happy self when I returned. I will def reach out for pet setting again!

Tara stopped in to take care of our diabetic cat while we were out of town, and we were very thankful for her skill and care in giving insulin injections! It took a worry off our shoulders, as well as her timely updates and pictures. She was great!
