Kathy is wonderful! She took care of my senior dog as if he was her own. She is very thorough and caring! Teddy was totally at ease and not stressed out when I got home. I would 100% rebook with Kathy and 100% recommend her.

I can't express enough how wonderful Charles was in taking care of my cats! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in great hands. He not only took care of their basic needs but went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. Every day, Charles sent me the cutest updates, complete with photos and little anecdotes that truly brightened my day. Charles truly made an effort to keep their routine as normal as possible. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Charles won his heart, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he provided. It's clear that Charles has a genuine love for animals, and I could tell my cats adored him just as much as I did. If you're looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were their own, look no further than Charles. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking him again in the future. Kyla was great in caring for my two dogs, including a 4 month old puppy. She really helped ease the stress of new puppy ownership with descriptive daily feedback and photos. She helped get our puppy adjusted to a new routine and we felt comfortable knowing he was in great hands each day. She also made sure our older dog was not left out of the daily fun. Darby has been a reliable and wonderful walker for my dog! He sends photos, is communicative about his timing and any issues he encounters, and he’s been super helpful about bringing my packages in. 🤗 Definitely a winner!

I was so happy that Mary Anna was available to watch my cat, Zeke again for the weekend. She always writes the best report cards and gives detailed updates which is much appreciated as a helicopter cat mom :) it’s so great to have found someone I feel comfortable leaving my baby with! Highly recommend!

Ari is amazing! This is the second time I’ve booked her for house sitting/ drop ins. She makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. She will check in with me and ask me questions if anything comes up. Ari is extremely reliable. All my animals have medical issues, so it’s a lot to take care of. Ari does a fantastic job with all of them! I will continue booking Ari for future visits.

Peter is always great with my dog and communicates well when there’s any issues.

Bailey was a pleasure to have as a cat sitter - she was timely, communicative, responsive, and would send us detailed and thorough reports of what the kitties were up to in our absence, with plenty of photos to show how much they were being cared for. I appreciated her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring our cats would be well taken care of while we were away. I would highly recommend Bailey as a pet sitter!

Madeleine was wonderful! She came over Christmas Day to check on our kitty and sent lots of photos and was incredibly communicative. Would absolutely work with her again, and plan to!

Unfortunately I can’t give 5 starts for this drop in because it wasn’t the best care that Shannon has given my pets before. I was gone for 3 days before her drop in and then I was returning 2 days after. When I arrived there was no water coming out of my water fountain for my cat. I asked her about it and she said she checked and it was 3/4 full. I don’t know if my cat didn’t have water for 1 day or 2 days but it was shocking/sad so see when I got home that the fountain was almost empty with no running water. I personally (as an owner and a rover sitter myself) would not have left the fountain not 100% full especially if I looked in it and saw more water could be added to it. I do feel like from past visits, Shannon provided good care to my pets so I would reach out again in the future but this one event to me does not deserve 5 stars. I view a 5 star sit as the sitter goes above and beyond / everything is fine when you arrive home.

Dee Dee was wonderful and helped us in a last minute request as we were in town on vacation! She was very responsive, flexible and super dependable.

Sam dropped in to check on our dog and cat while we were out of town. She kept us updated and sent pictures of the visit. Overall, she did a great job. Thanks, Sam!
