Kathy took great care of my two pups! I received lots of photos and videos while I was away, and she was quick to respond to any message I sent.

Charles did a great job taking care of my two dogs and two cats. I could tell from the pictures that Charles sent during the visits, that my dogs and cats were comfortable and happy to spend time with Charles!!

Alicia made our first experience with rover fantastic! She is a great communicator and provided detailed rover cards with every drop in. Highly recommend!

Aileen is such a wonderful pet sitter and person!! I never used a pet sitter before, but after inheriting 2 kitties from my mother after her passing, I was directed to Rover and was fortunate enough to choose Aileen. She is so informative and thorough in her care. I liked her so much that I rebooked her for my next trip while still on THIS trip!!! My experience with Aileen and Rover was 5 star!!! Kyla has done two drop in visits for our dog now and both times have gone very smoothly! She has been very patient with our anxious dog who takes a while to warm up to new people. We will definitely be continuing to use Kyla’s services for our dog in the future!

AMAZING WALKER AND SITTER! I have a very particular beagle and Carly and him got along so well!! We had never left Cody with anyone that wasn’t family but was so happy to receive detailed and helpful updates via rover and text. She had her hands full at our house and she handled it so well. She gave the pups individualized attention and went above and beyond with their care! Thanks so much for being such a fabulous sitter and loving the pups!

This was my first time using Rover & I was extremely nervous, Megan came over to introduce herself and I was immediately at ease. She respected us having a no shoe policy & she was fast to respond to my text messages. I felt happy and confident leaving my fur baby with her.

Claire has been a great help with walking our 2 dogs (who each get solo walks, and are a bit high maintenance, as they don't share space indoors!). Claire has been communicative and is flexible with us when we need a last-minute booking. Thanks Claire!

Gianna took great care of Cosmo and Coco. She was on time and gave them lots of attention. We will definitely be using her again, knowing that our dogs were in good hands.

Alexandra was a great help. Her photographs of my cats playing and rolling around very much reassured me that all was well while I was gone! When my plans changed and I had to come home early due to an injury, she continued the booking in order to help out with pet care as I mended. I had opportunity to interact with her and see firsthand her level of professionalism, confidence, and reliability. Five stars from all of us!

This was our second time having Emily take care of our cats and I've never felt more at ease! I hate leaving our cats, but Emily's "report cards" are so perfect and answer questions I never even knew I had! We have a cat who is terrified of everyone but came out to sniff Emily's hand and get some treats. Emily even sent photos of this... I was SHOCKED and would never have believed it without the photos! She also made arrangements (without me even asking) to come pick up a key in advance! And was always on top of letting me know approx. what time she would be coming by (we had a flexible schedule in place). She also made adjustments to her schedule to accommodate an issue our building had with being inaccessible at one time and came back later that day for a second time! I just can't say enough about how thankful we are to have had Emily checking in on our girls!

Second time using Jake. Jake gave updates daily and my dogs were alive and healthy when I returned. Can’t ask for much more. Would recommend Jake and will use him again in the future.
