Karen was AMAZING! I booked her over our normal sitter because I saw she dealt with exotics. I have 5 lizards and 7 cats - our pet situation is complicated! But she was all smiles, communication, and took time to enrich the lives of not only our cats, but also our lizards. Rachel was wonderful with my cat Boris! I am new to the area and I was very nervous in finding a new sitter for my cat. My cat loves meeting new people but tends to be nervous if he has to meet people for a long time. Fortunately, my cat took to Rachel well and I felt that Boris could connect with her. Rachel was very open to coming over to get a quick run down on Boris's cat business at home. Rachel was very receptive and understanding with his preferences. While I was away, Rachel was very responsive to my texts and was even kind enough to bring in a package that I forgot was arriving. She definitely took the time to check in with Boris and make sure that he was okay for the day. I truly felt that Boris was in great hands with Rachel and I would definitely have Rachel come by again.

Lauryn was a great caretaker for my cat Theo while I was away for the holidays! She always kept me updated with photos and followed his feeding instructions. I would highly recommend her!

Lawrence did a magnificent job watching me and my husband's cat Maverick for 8 nights while we were on vacation! He updated us with text messages and photos, which made us content to know our cat was well taken care of while we were away! It was especially nice that he had 2 cats for Maverick to play with! We highly refer Lawrence to anyone in need of an excellent caretaker for their pet!

Melissa always takes great care of our kitties while we are away. She is very communicative and super nice!

Our typical cat sitter was unavailable so I had to find a replacement last minute. I am extremely grateful I found Lemon. My home and cat were in great hands and at no point did I worry about either while they were under her care. She popped in each day for 30 minutes and completed all tasks plus a few extras because she is that awesome. Her daily updates and photos are very detailed and well written. I will be rebooking with Lemon in the future!

We've used Wen several times to watch our kitty and she's always been punctual, thorough, and most importantly - our kitty loves her! She's always showing Wen her belly, which is a huge sign of trust. Additionally, Wen is flexible and is able to accommodate changes in our schedule. We're very happy with her care 🙂

Clifmon was a fantastic caretaker to our girl Julia! Our Jules is an older rescue cat so she has quite a few health issues and Clifmon handled them all in stride! He was incredibly responsive throughout thw process, met with us (and Julia) beforehand to make sure he understood all the requirements, and messaged us multiple times throughout his stay. He sent many photos, which we really appreciated!! He took great care of our girl and we felt super comfortable / confident having him at home, especially given this is our first time using Rover! Highly, highly recommend Clifmon for excellent care and attention!!
