I had the pleasure in booking a long term request with Rachel and I am glad that she was available! I had plans to be out of the country for 2 weeks and she was easily reachable during my time away. Despite being having a 14 hour time difference, Rachel was always able to read and respond to my questions. During my time away, a few things like getting packages and watering my plants came up and she was open to help out a bit. I try not to ask for too much but Rachel was always able to accommodate. Luz was great! It was her first time with Winnie and Hunter, so she came over for a meet and greet the day before, and our dogs were so comfortable with her! During her visits, she sent photos and communication so I felt very in the loop. We will definitely be using her again!

Karen was AMAZING! I booked her over our normal sitter because I saw she dealt with exotics. I have 5 lizards and 7 cats - our pet situation is complicated! But she was all smiles, communication, and took time to enrich the lives of not only our cats, but also our lizards. That kind of joy and respect of animals is rare and the missdolittle title really is perfect! 10/10 - I highly recommend her and her services!

Lana was super sweet and attentive, she took good care of my cat Coco and I felt in good hands, she always replied and she came on time. I’ll absolutely recommend her anything.

Iris was incredibly professional from the first few messages, the one time there was a delay in arriving for the check in they let me know much earlier. My cats Maya and Pure looked very happy in the pictures they sent and a lot of pics were sent! My cats knocked over a plant and she let me know and vacuumed it up! I cannot recommend Iris enough, they truly went above and beyond!

Wen was wonderful with our kitty Liam! It was our first time leaving him alone in our new apartment, but Wen always put us at ease with her daily updates and quick communication. We also recently purchased an automatic feeder that we weren’t fully certain of how to use, but Wen learned how to use it immediately which was also a relief for us. Overall we were worried about a number of things before leaving for our trip, but she proved that we didn’t need to worry at all. She even fed our betta fish for us while we were gone! I would fully recommend her to anyone who has a pet in need of care. Thank you again Wen!!!
