I can't express enough how wonderful Charles was in taking care of my cats! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in great hands. He not only took care of their basic needs but went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. Every day, Charles sent me the cutest updates, complete with photos and little anecdotes that truly brightened my day. Charles truly made an effort to keep their routine as normal as possible. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Charles won his heart, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he provided. It's clear that Charles has a genuine love for animals, and I could tell my cats adored him just as much as I did. If you're looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were their own, look no further than Charles. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking him again in the future. Brielle was very responsive and spent great quality time playing and petting our cat while we were away. She also sent some very cute Rover cards with photos and descriptions of what they did that visit. She is very responsible and dependable! Will definitely use her again!

Veronica was an excellent sitter for my two cats. I got a lot of cute pictures of my cats while I was away so I knew everything was going well at home. Veronica is really nice, good at communicating, and transparent about availability so we could figure out the best times for drop ins that would work for both of us while I was away. I will definitely book Veronica again for future drop in visits!

Julia was wonderful!! She looked after our two cats for a long trip - 10 days! She was very communicative, prompt, detail-oriented, engaged (lots of playtime) and took lots of photos 🙂 she went above and beyond grabbing packages for us and giving reports on the temp inside the house (during a brutal heatwave)!! Will definitely be booking her again. The gals can’t wait to hang again 🩷

I couldn’t be happier with our first use of Rover thanks to Krista and Zachary! They were extremely professional and took great care of our cats while we were away. Krista and Zachary showed up promptly for a meet and greet after we ran into issues with another sitter we had booked. This experience with the original sitter we had booked left me extremely nervous about leaving our cats to be cared for by someone we don’t know, but I was immediately put at ease when I met Krista and Zachary. They are reliable, respectful, and overall just great people! We got great updates and they were always timely in dropping in 2x a day. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks so much again for caring for our kitties!

Justin did a fantastic job with my 3 kittehs! Excellent communication every step of the way, photos and updates, solid play time, and they greeted him at the door from the get-go. They recognize a good dude when they meet one! I highly recommend Justin!
