Rachel is the best and would highly recommend Rachel to everyone! My cats absolutely love her and I've never seen them warmed up to someone so quickly. Rachel's Rover cards are always so detailed with all the helpful callouts and sweet that I can picture my cats having a good time with her. Also, we have a cat who would create a mess when upset (or even sometimes when he just wants to do so...) and we are so grateful that Rachel takes great care of it - she even shared her tips to us and took extra steps to help prevent. We are so glad that we've found Rachel and she has been our pet sitter every time we leave town now. I'm sure my cats are very happy to see her too!

Nathalia did a great job taking care of my Shiba pup while I was away! Shiba's can notoriously be stubborn and a bit difficult to wrangle for a walk and to walk in general. Knowing this, I normally leave her with friends or family that know her well when I go away. This time I had no other option but to use Rover in a pinch. Nathalia quickly confirmed the last-minute booking request I made, was very communicative and friendly, and I think my Shiba got along with her well (which never happens with strangers)! 100% recommend and I will definitely reach out to her again.

Tez is phenomenal! She and her daughter got along well with our cats; she was fast to respond, even during a holiday. She asked very good questions during the initial meet and greet, and it was very obvious that she is experienced in taking care of cats. Additionally, she even went above and beyond to bring a toy or two to our cats at the end of the visits! Would definitely recommend

We booked Baris to do daily visits with our elderly dog while we were traveling overseas because we needed a strong sitter who could carry her down a few sets of stairs to get outside which our parents could not do. As soon as we met Baris he was immediately kind and gentle with our shy girl and they quickly bonded. Over the days that he visited her, she built a bond with him and he was able to take her for short walks which she only does with us.. Baris was always on time and super communicative with us which made us feel very at ease while we were overseas. We will be repeat clients hopefully for a long time and would not hesitate to book Baris for housestays for our dog and cat after our wonderful experience having him as our sitter. 10 stars out of 5. We highly recommend Baris.

This was our first time using this service and I was a bit hesitant at first but I could not have been happier with the service that was provided to me with Anastasia and Ivan. They were timely with each visit and very responsive. It put my mind at ease to recieve the pictures that were sent after each visit. It was a huge relief to have my kitty well taken care of while we were away and I will happily use them again if we plan to leave the area.

What a God send! My usual sitter had an emergency leaving me with no one at the last minute to stay with my Cooper. Jessica came to the rescue the night before and stepped right in the following day. I was nervous to leave him with someone I had never met, but I'm blessed to have found Jessica. She gave me helpful tips to curb my pup's biting, and kept him super busy. I've never come home to such a tired and satisfied pup. My Cooper loves her!
