Natalie was very prompt in her response to the initial Request and very honest. She came over for a small “intro” visit a couple of days before my actual vacation so we could go over things face to face. I immediately felt comfortable with her as she told me about some of her other pet-sitting experiences. During the time she took care of cats, She sent pictures of all of her visits at the times that she said she would visit and she took the time to play with my fur babies. Leo and Jasper were healthy and happy when I returned! Thank you, Natalie!

I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible care our Emma received from Amanda. Her genuine love and passion for dogs radiate in everything she did. She took the time to understand our dog's unique personality, needs, and preferences, ensuring Emma felt comfortable. Communication was seamless throughout our entire time away; we received regular updates, complete with adorable photos and videos, which provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Sharon is absolutely heaven sent. We left town on a Monday before Christmas and planned tol{, return Friday. I requested drop-in visits for twice daily. We really just needed our cat, Luna, to be fed. Sharon went beyond our expectations and did the litter box daily, cleaned up any leftover food, etc. Our Luna is a bashful kitty with stranger anxiety. We didn't expect too much in the way of pets and play. However, Sharon was so sweet, gentle and persistent with Luna. By day 5, much to our surprise and happiness, they bonded afterall. We felt comfortable enough to extend our trip to Sunday and increase Sharon's visits to 3 times a day. She will always be our go to as a sitter for Luna.

We just returned home from vacation, and in the meantime left our cat, Mister T in the care of pet sitter Stephanie S. We were extremely pleased with the level of care that Stephanie provided. Rover is a professional, well-organized operation, and I am very happy that I found them and Stephanie. In advance of our trip, Stephanie conducted a meet-and-greet with me and Mister T in our home. During the trip, I received reports and pictures about how everything was going after each visit. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and understanding of Mister T's needs. She is knowledgeable about how to care for cats and pets in general. I learned so much from her during our conversations which will make me a better cat mom!! I cannot be happier with the service she provided. I highly recommend Rover, and will definitely call them again each time we go out of town. Thank you for everything! Vanessa D

Colleen was available at a moment's notice and was great with my dogs! They are on the shy side and they were happy and healthy when I returned home. She is fantastic!
