Kristy was excellent and helped out in a pinch, which I'm incredibly grateful for. She responded quickly on a Sunday, and the booking process went very smoothly. She took excellent care of Sapphire while helping him to get to his vet and back to my home, even giving me updates with a photo. She also remembered to let me know his weight when I asked, as his weight currently needs to be monitored due to his severe IBD. I will definitely book with her again :)

Frances was great. Mine was a last-minute request, and Frances was willing to do a meet & greet the same day as the drop-in visit. She arrived on time, followed all instructions, and was great with Remy. I would definitely use her services again.

Wendy visited as scheduled - and even though my cat Millie is shy and reticent, I hope they were able to connect a bit. Millie was in good shape when I returned after several days. I would not hesitate to book Wendy again if I travel.

Wonderful meet-and-greet drop-in visit! Kamryn was really kind and calm, and our dog seemed really comfortable with her. She asked great questions and was very eager to accommodate any upcoming needs. She also was very responsive and thorough leading up to this visit. Excited to get started with Kamryn!

Nick was fantastic dropping in on my cat while I was away. He needs daily asthma medication and Nick was up to the challenge with my anti-stranger feline. Always gave constant updates and didn't hesitate to ask questions.
