As a first-time user of Rover and an anxious pet owner, the experience exceeded my expectations. The Rover platform connected us with Phil, a consistent, punctual, and kind caregiver who looked after our pet while we were away. Phil did everything he could to ensure our pet felt comfortable and received the daily attention and care that every pet lover hopes for. Thank you, Phil, for being so accommodating and for going above and beyond to meet our needs.

The valerie did an exceptional job for our older dog who we didn't really know how bad she really was until we left. Our poor Darla could not move and stayed in their bed and Valerie did a incredible job cleaning up her Poo and her pee. Why are our dog was incapacitated and is probably going to be put down tomorrow....... All I can say is Valerie is a real animal lover and fed this dog with her hand and spooed fed her water while we were gone for a couple of days..... She is our true hero and a real honest animal lover and Nursed Darla while we were away, we are so thankful for such a wonderful job that she did with a sick dog. Not even being able to walk after we left and taking care of her........ Both my wife and I can't thank her enough.! She truly should get the Rover Medal of honor and a trophy!.... She was our angel while we were away. And we are very appreciative of her taking care of Darla so well!!!!.... Valerie is truly a top 5 star Rover Dog watcher, I highly recommend her. Wen did a great job with our 2 cats. We were gone for quite awhile and she was able to handle things well. Returned to 2 happy kitties. Was great to get daily photos to see how they were doing. I recommend her and would use her services again

Peter did a great job taking care of our Ziggy. It was our first time having Peter care for her and he was very attentive and his communication with us was great. Will definitely use Peter again!
