Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Essex Fells

This was my first time using Rover and boy, did I win the jackpot with Jon! He was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. Just knowing that I have a Rover companion on days that I'm going to be out long has removed so much stress for me! I plan to use Jon on a regular basis now.

Kathryn was great with our two labs! She was very accommodating when my husband and I messed up our schedules and made sure to send photos during each visit. One of my pups got hurt a day before we were going away and Kathryn was willing and able to give him his medicine when she dropped in. She was quick and easy to book and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Would definitely book with Kathryn again and recommend her for your pets needs while away!

Sergio is amazing with our pup and even brought him toys to play with! He’s always timely and is a great communicator. We’re glad to know our puppy is happy in the update pictures that he sends us.

This was our second time booking Tina. She’s reliable, a good communicator, and takes great care of our two cats. I would definitely recommend her!

Katie and Zayn were amazing! My cat has congestive heart failure and needs his meds at very specific times. I had asked them to come and give his night pills while I was at work. Oliver is very shy of new people. But he liked Katie and Zayn. I have tired another pet sitter and he refused to come out from under the bed. Oliver was not like this with them. Katie and Zayn took the time to be with my cats and make sure they were comfortable. The communication they provided me was also amazing. I am a helicopter parent and they were happy to provide me with text updates. I highly recommend Katie and Zayn. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my pets needs. Sherylee was prompt, professional, and wonderful with Maisie! Communication was excellent and made sure to report to us what Maisie did at her drop ins and she also made sure to send us pictures while away! Thank you Sherylee for taking such good care of Mae!

Johnny was professional, on time, and worked well with my cats - absolutely no complaints. He always was quick to text back about any issues that arose, like pets throwing up, and even cleaned up after an accident a pet had. I highly recommend Johnny and will be a repeat customer!

Stefanie is a life saver. Myka loves her! She is always on time and sometimes spends extra time with her if needed she even sang to Myka to get her to calm down! She is amazing! Thank you so much!

Anya was really great! Timely and followed directions really well. She loves to hang out with our pets and they really loved playing with her as well. Highly recommend!

Cheryl was so great doing drop in visits for our cat Jessie. We were away for 2 weeks and Cheryl was kind enough to bring in our mail and water our plants while we were gone. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I would highly recommend Cheryl!

Amanda walks, visits and boards our dog Bailey frequently. She takes great care of Bailey and is always available and accommodating when needed.

Nicole was amazing! She agreed to drop in on my dog on short notice after another rover sitter cancelled such a God send and she did so well with my Nala, who was diagnosed with diabetes and needs insulin. Would definitely call on Nicole again!
