Susan was attentive and interested in complying with our wishes for our pets. She gave us plenty of updates while we were gone and contacted us if she had any questions. I think having her take care our babies for us was the right decision.

Norman is punctual, communicative, and incredibly warm — it was clear from the start that our dogs were in good hands. He sent regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. He also took excellent care of our home — you’d never know someone had stayed here!
