This is the first time I used Rover and it was a wonderful experience. Pumba is an exceptionally nervous and scared cat and Hailey did a wonderful job with him. I have more vacation time coming up in the future and hopefully Hailey is available cuz I will use her every time. An awesome experience

This is the second time we’ve had Katie take care of our cat during our lengthy vacation and everything went great. Not only did she take amazing care of our cat but she went above and beyond with sweeping the bathroom and refilling litter boxes.

Jacqueline did a great job with my two kitties! She was easy to communicate with and left my apartment cleaner than I left it :)

Victoria was so great with our cats! She was able to help us with a last minute schedule change, and made sure our cats were comfy and happy while we were away. We are so glad we could book her!

Chelsea came out to do a meet and greet and I liked her immediately. I wanted to book her fairly quickly. From the first moment was friendly and outgoing. Thanks to Chelsea, my cat was fed and taken care of and I was able to enjoy a much needed rest. She sent text messages with updates and photos of my cat and shared some tips for when I returned home.

First time using Rover service and Catherine took wonderful care of my two young cats for a week. She accommodated their food preferences and spent time playing with them everyday. I appreciated her daily updates of their behaviors, including pictures. Catherine also cleaned up a ‘gift’ on the white carpet and took out the cans to the recycling bin. I will definitely ask Catherine again to take care of my fur babies.

Coralie and Lou took really good care of Oslo. They sent me regular updates with pictures and I could tell that my cat was enjoying his stay with them! I would highly recommend them.

Angela is a great sitter who was able to take care of our fur baby's very last minute when another sitter had unexpectedly canceled. Even without meeting us prior, she was able to care for our cats like they were her own. Will definitely reach out to her in the future!

Alicia was prompt and did a great job on giving my cat Nugget his medication. It was great to get the daily pictures and updates as well. Will be using her services in the future.
