House Sitting in Guttenberg

I recently left my cat, Saturn, in the care of Mahlet for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was attentive, reliable, and truly seemed to care about Saturn's well-being. I appreciated the updates and photos, which kept me reassured while I was away. Saturn is quite shy and doesn’t always warm up to people, but she seemed relaxed and comfortable with Mahlet, which says a lot. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring pet sitter!

Anthony was calm, responsive, and took care of our two fur babies. He was able to calm our Alaskan malamute who has some separation anxiety and was able to put them at ease! He is really great with dogs and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, calm, and responsive sitter!

Crystal was amazing. We just adopted Zorro and haven’t left him with anyone yet; Crystal was the first. She was the sweetest and most communicative sitter we could have asked for. I’m so grateful for Crystal’s help, and Zorro clearly loved spending time with her.

Anna was fantastic! Very punctual, fast to respond, and communicative during her stay with our dog.

Alejandra has been amazing with our 12 year old English bulldog. We received updates multiple times a day in video, and Helfy seemed super happy. She is kind and really love animals. She stayed at our place and it was spotless when we came back. We’ll definitely book again !

Isabelle did a fantastic job cat/house sitting for us. After meeting her, we felt confident we could trust her. She was timely arriving to our place. She sent regular photo updates. She was responsive via text, and she was flexible with what time she left. She left our home clean and tidy. And our cat seemed happy when we got back. We will definitely ask her to come back.

10 star rating if I could!!! Deisi was SUCH a wonderful sitter for our baby girl. She taught her tricks, made her feel comfortable and our girl was in her lap when she could have been in mind! I would hire Deisi again and again and would recommend her to anyone. Her little furbaby was also so dang cute and played with our pup, making it that much more special. We were confined to a hotel, and I am so incredibly grateful we found Deisi on Rover. She played with our girl in the room and took her on walks. 1000% loved her!

Paris did an absolutely amazing job babysitting our 3 month old pup Carlos! Carlos became unexpectedly sick with a stomach infection when we left, and Paris got him his meds from the vet, and gave him all the extra care he needed. Carlos also requires so much extra attention because he is so little and not trained, and Paris did an amazing job taking great care of him, and provided detailed updates while we were gone. I highly recommend Paris for all your pets needs!!

Hailey did us a huge favor by agreeing to watch our boy Spunky for two weeks over the year end holiday, a notoriously tough time to find a sitter. That being said, Hailey was not as communicative as our other Rover sitters have been. She did respond to our messages when we reached out for a status update, but given that it was our dog’s first time with Hailey, more frequent communication would have put us more at ease. I think setting clear expectations with Hailey, especially about communication and about how long your pet can be left alone, will be important in creating a positive experience for everyone.

Stephanie took great care of my two cats, Gizmo and Harley! I asked her to house sit over a weekend, in July while my partner and I spent some time with family. Our kitten is just under 6 months old, and we did not want to leave her alone for more than 5 hours at a time. Stephanie gave us regular updates, with photos about our babies' food intake, and energy levels and we came home to two sleepy, calm and happy cats. The house was also clean - a huge bonus for me!! Overall, the best sitter we have hired on Rover by far.

Megan was excellent with our dog Izzy. Izzy remembered her from the last time they met and greeted her warmly. She was prompt and courteous and sent us adorable pictures of their adventures in the park. Will definitely work with her again!

Lana was a 10/10! Peter had the best time. Would definitely recommend.
