I had the pleasure in booking a long term request with Rachel and I am glad that she was available! I had plans to be out of the country for 2 weeks and she was easily reachable during my time away. Despite being having a 14 hour time difference, Rachel was always able to read and respond to my questions. During my time away, a few things like getting packages and watering my plants came up and she was open to help out a bit. I try not to ask for too much but Rachel was always able to accommodate. Meena did such a great job taking care of my cat! She sent me photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was on vacation. She filled the waters, checked on the food, and cleaned the litter box. My cat is shy and typically doesn’t let anyone pet her (other than me), but she let Meena pet her almost immediately. I felt very comfortable giving Meena my keys and knew my cat was in good hands. She’s also very sweet and a great communicator. Highly recommend!!

Tori wad great at taking care of my two cats. One needs medication and she managed to give it to her which is not easy, and the other one is very shy but Tori totally won his trust! We will definitely book again!

Calvin has looked after my cats so many times while I’ve been away, and he always does a fantastic job. I can completely trust him. Oneyda really cares for dogs and it’s obvious in how she interacts with our 3 year old Samoyed. We are really grateful to have her drop ins when we are at work- she keeps our pup safe and is always engaging with her. Highly recommend her care!
