This was my first trip since adopting my cat, and Rachel's updates and level of care for Kai calmed my anxiety so much. She provided plenty of pictures and detailed accounts of his behavior and activity. Will be booking her again for any future trips.

Pamela took amazing care of our cats while we were gone. She was so professional, kind, and responsive through the whole visit and was so kind and loving when she met our cats at the meet and greet!

Birger was SO amazing with Rose and so attentive and responsive. He took such amazing care of her and she was in the best mood when I got home. It's clear she got lots of cuddles and scritches as she was in such a sweet and happy mood when I got home. Kayla took care of my cat Truffle for 27 days and I honestly feel so lucky we found her. That’s a long time to trust someone with your baby, and she handled everything so thoughtfully and consistently. Even during the terrible snow weather, she still showed up and made sure Truffle was safe, fed, and comfortable. She kept everything tidy, which I truly appreciated coming home to. The daily photos and videos were always super clear and reassuring. Overall, Kayla was very reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring!! I’d absolutely trust her with Truffle again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.

Tori is amazing and so kind with my cat Otis. She has been amazing at making us feel at ease while we are away from our baby. We will continue to request her and cannot recommend her enough.

Lauryn took incredible care of my cat Jessi over the holiday. Jessi is usually shy but she absolutely adored Lauryn, waited at the door for her, cuddled. Lauryn followed every instruction perfectly, sent detailed updates and photos and kept everything clean. I felt completely at ease while traveling. Melissa is amazing! She took great care of my kitties. She's really easy to communicate with and she asked lots of questions up front, so it's clear she cares about the details and takes her job seriously. Our cats are very different and one is quite picky. They have separate water containers and separate foods (ugh!) but Melissa managed everything perfectly. She also left adorable videos and photos for us each day, which eased our minds and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Will definitely recommend her and call on her again!
