Alicia was excellent! She was punctual, friendly, and very informative. She arrived right on time for our first drop in visit, was very patient with my dog while he warmed up to her, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I will definitely be regularly using her going forward! Highly recommend!

Natalie was very prompt in her response to the initial Request and very honest. She came over for a small “intro” visit a couple of days before my actual vacation so we could go over things face to face. I immediately felt comfortable with her as she told me about some of her other pet-sitting experiences. During the time she took care of cats, She sent pictures of all of her visits at the times that she said she would visit and she took the time to play with my fur babies. Leo and Jasper were healthy and happy when I returned! Thank you, Natalie!

Emily went above and beyond to take care of my girls and keep me apprised of how they were doing each day she dropped in. She also took in some packages that arrived and saved me from having to worry about anything at my house, too! One dog is notoriously shy, but she warmed right up to Emily. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Lorraine was an absolute saint with my little Lefty!! She was punctual, professional, reliable, and even worked with me last minute for some additional days and times I needed. She sent updates and photos and kept me updated every visit. It’s important to me my fur babies are well taken care of when I’m away and I felt at ease knowing she had everything taken care of. I will definitely be using her services in the future.

She was very attentive and great communication. I was out of the country at the time and although I had a house sitter an extra walk needed to be done and she was great and fed my pup. Thanks so much!

Leah was wonderful with our dog Abbey. We really enjoyed the pictures and how happy Abbey looked in them. It's to comforting to know that Abbey is so well taken care when we're away. We will be looking to hire Leah in the future and highly recommend her.

We just returned home from vacation, and in the meantime left our cat, Mister T in the care of pet sitter Stephanie S. We were extremely pleased with the level of care that Stephanie provided. Rover is a professional, well-organized operation, and I am very happy that I found them and Stephanie. In advance of our trip, Stephanie conducted a meet-and-greet with me and Mister T in our home. During the trip, I received reports and pictures about how everything was going after each visit. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and understanding of Mister T's needs. She is knowledgeable about how to care for cats and pets in general. I learned so much from her during our conversations which will make me a better cat mom!! Sharon is absolutely heaven sent. We left town on a Monday before Christmas and planned tol{, return Friday. I requested drop-in visits for twice daily. We really just needed our cat, Luna, to be fed. Sharon went beyond our expectations and did the litter box daily, cleaned up any leftover food, etc. Our Luna is a bashful kitty with stranger anxiety. We didn't expect too much in the way of pets and play. However, Sharon was so sweet, gentle and persistent with Luna. By day 5, much to our surprise and happiness, they bonded afterall. We felt comfortable enough to extend our trip to Sunday and increase Sharon's visits to 3 times a day. She will always be our go to as a sitter for Luna.
