I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sylvan! I was pretty nervous about leaving my cat for 17 days since he’s very attached to me and I’ve never been apart from him for that long. But meeting Sylvan instantly put my mind at ease—I could tell right away that she’s a true animal lover. She was incredibly kind and flexible, and I appreciated how she sent lots of updates and pictures during her visits. She really went the extra mile when my cat had a few accidents on the carpet, bringing her own carpet cleaner to tackle the stains. Plus, she noticed a large knot that had formed on his neck and took care of it, which was such a relief since my cat has long hair and requires regular grooming. By the end of my trip, my cat had totally warmed up to her and was even purring during her visits. I’m so grateful for Sylvan and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again in the future!
