Our normal caregiver, who is not with Rover.com, backed out on us 4 days before we were going away and Julia was glad to help and arranged a meet and greet right away to learn where everything was and when to feed the kitty crew. If I had any questions about how things were going, Julia got back to me within a few minutes. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a pet care giver.
Heather did a wonderful job with Razz! I got pictures and a Dailey report. My vacation was wonderfully relaxed I had no worries. She followed all the instructions and I am totally thrilled and satisfied. I will ask for Heather again and again!!!
