Dog Boarding in Ho-Ho-Kus

I usually leave my dog with another sitter but we had a sudden death in the family and had to find someone else quickly. Cathy was terrific--I contacted her out of the blue on a Thursday for a Friday booking, and she generously agreed to meet with me at the very last minute and take Daisy for 4 days, without any prior experience with her. I was a bit worried but it turned out that Daisy loved it at Cathy's house. Cathy is very flexible and easy-going and my dog enjoyed being there and playing with Cathy's dogs. Daisy is not used to being crated so it was a relief that Cathy was willing to take her without requiring it. I got daily reports and photos of her stay, and Daisy seemed very happy when I picked her up. I owe Cathy a big thank you for taking Daisy at such short notice and now I'm happy I've found another great sitter for my dog.

Christina is an amazing sitter. Her and her family treated our fur baby like he was their own with a lot of love and care. We also received daily pictures and the status of our dog, which gave us ease. We highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her again for future needs.

Ben and Irene were incredible to lean on as we left town on an international trip for a couple of weeks. This was the first time our baby was going to be without us and we were so anxious as a result. Ben and Irene sent multiple photos and videos twice a day with detailed updates on my boy's day. They informed us when he had a minor scratch to his paw after we had groomed him and diligently disinfected and took care of it. They paid attention to the smallest details like when he had played extra hard and needed a little extra food because he was hungrier than usual and kept him engaged indoors when North Jersey was experiencing poor air quality due to the fires. They followed instructions to the "t" - remembering to give him his daily supplements, his monthly flea, tick and heart worm chew and so on. Ludo was so comfortable in their home - he played with their dog, bounced all over their house, snuggled with them, and played with their ample dog toys and it felt like it was a home away from home for him. Couldn't be more grateful to Ben and Irene for their diligent care and thorough communication!

Christina really take Care of my cat and i think my cat also likes it too. My cat is very why but Christina do a good Job to make her feel like home 😊 she is the best !! I definitely will book her again ! To be the first time using this app, I feel that I chose the perfect person to take care of Linzer 💕😊

Paola kept me updated on my dog and send me pictures while I was on vacation for a week, she was well taken care of and I will definitely bring her again.

My dog Teddy had an awesome stay with Gilbert! I received lots of photos and video updates, and Gilbert always responded quickly to messages. The yard is awesome for dogs to explore and Teddy came home happy. I’d definitely send Teddy again! :)

This was my first time using the app- Rover and also leaving my baby overnight somewhere. Ritu & Nischaya were very involved and sent frequent updates which eased some of my anxiety over leaving my puppy somewhere overnight. They took some time to even train my puppy. Would definitely recommend them and book with them again.

Marisol was amazing. She took the absolute best care of our Vizsla. Her home was immaculate. She followed every instruction we gave her to the last detail. Tommy left happy and was treated with all the kindness and love that we wanted. I would undoubtedly use her services again and again. Priscilla was absolutely amazing! Throughout the stay, she stayed in touch with plenty of updates and photos of my pup! She seemed to truly enjoy my dog’s company and it showed! She gave him plenty of walks daily. I was traveling out of the country and didn’t worry for a second as I could tell she really cared about the wellbeing of my dog and I trusted she was giving him the greatest care. On top of that, she was very easy to coordinate drop off/pick up offering flexible times and she was very accommodating when the pick up got delayed for a few hours. I can’t recommend Priscilla enough to care for your loved pet! :)

Liz is a wonderful dog sitter! She was attentive and very kind and took care of Sandy’s needs. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter. I will definitely call her again in the future!

Ann took excellent care of my 8 month old puppy! She was very responsive to all my messages and sent pictures throughout the stay to reassure me that our pup was safe abd having a great time! I highly recommend Ann.

Chulmin and Hoyjin were so nice to my dogs! One of our dogs is perfect but the other one had to adjust a little bit. They were very patient with him. I really appreciated their patience and kindness. When I picked them up, the dog that was nervous even cuddled up to Hoyjin to say goodbye! They also sent pictures everyday. A really nice touch was that they sent me pictures very soon after I dropped them off to show me how they were happy and settling in. It’s hard to leave your dogs with someone new. The pictures right from the start made me feel a lot better about leaving them. I’m very protective of my dogs and I would happily leave them here anytime! I highly recommend Chulmin and Hoyjin!

Another great experience with Laura, Kevin, and their family! Our dog loves staying with them, and they are very intuitive in providing activities that fit the interests of their guest dogs. Also noteworthy, during this stay, we unexpectantly needed to extend the pickup by two days. They were very understanding and accommodated the change, which was super-helpful for us! Marcy takes amazing care of Mango, and checks in multiple times a day with photos and videos. Mango loves to play with the kids and seems to have a blast with the family! I feel safe leaving my baby with Marcy every time.
