Karen was amazing AGAIN. I truly believe our kitties want us to go out of town so they can have visits with Karen. She spoils them rotten, sends great drop-in summaries and pix of the fur babies. Gives us total peace of mind and we will request her over & over again.

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Gina was fantastic. She was attentive to every detail of the instructions I left for her and showed her experience caring for cats when I introduced my kitties to her. Gina was punctual in her responses and communication and it was a pleasure working with her. I will definitely be working with her again!
