Dog Boarding in Jackson

this was my first time booking & I’ll certainly be a returning customer. my baby girl loved ever minute of her stay. gave me updates and had great communication! thanks so much again.

We were so pleased with the care Nantikan gave our dog! We left him with his anxiety meds, which he has needed when boarded at other places, but she waited to see if he would need them and he never did! He was included as part of her family and treated as an individual dog, even with the others in her care. Her space is great for allowing dogs the space to spread out outside but also spend plenty of time inside. She sent updates and pictures while we were away. We will definitely use her again!

Raj was amazing with taking care of Bella! She made sure Bella was well-fed and comfortable, and she sent pictures and updates throughout the day so we could see how happy she was. Raj and her family are so loving and great with dogs — Bella was clearly in wonderful hands. We would definitely trust her again for boarding!

Amy and her family were compassionate, caring, honest, and truly genuine. Amy even provided specialized care that showed how much they really pay attention to each dog’s needs. I was nervous because I’ve never left my dog for this long before, but they put me completely at ease. I’m so grateful for the incredible care Amy and her family gave—highly recommend!

Cecily was absolutely amazing with our dog, Earl! She went above and beyond from the very beginning by coming to our house for a meet-and-greet a week before the boarding. This immediately put us at ease and showed how much she cares. The convenience of her picking Earl up and dropping him off was a lifesaver and made the whole process seamless. Throughout his stay, her communication was top-notch. We loved receiving the photos and updates—it was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable. Cecily is such a kind and caring person, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again!

Max had an amazing time with Michelle and her pets. This was the first time that I went away for an extended period and had to leave Max with a non-family member. After meeting Michelle and taking a tour I have to say that I did leave for my vacation feeling worried about Max. The pictures of Max chilling out certainly helped as did the texts she sent telling me how he was doing. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a qualified sitter. In fact, I hope to use Michelle again when I go away next summer.

Noelle & Family were so loving and attentive for Cora, they truly set our minds at ease while being out of the country. We would not hesitate to book with Noelle again! Thank you for taking such great care of Cora! 5+ Stars!

At our meet-and-greet, John was so good with Wally. I was immediately put at ease. During Wally's stay, John sent pics and texts to let us know how Wally was doing. We were very happy that Wally had such great care while we were away.

Monica and Conrad are great sitters! They’ve watched my dog, Paris, a few times now and I would definitely book again. They and their dog are so friendly and I know Paris has the best time when she stays with them.

Ruby enjoyed her stay with Shannon and her family. They have a good sized yard, great for dogs who have a lot of energy to burn. The little ones also offered Ruby lots of cuddles. I felt very comfortable letting Ruby stay with this family.

First time using Jenny and if we ever needed her again to watch our Milo we would certainly have no hesitation on sending him back. Thank you for taking such good care of Milo and for all the daily photo and video updates.

We used Rover and Katie & John for the first time, leaving our Cookie, a 10 year old Golden Doodle with them for 2 weeks. I read previous reviews and after our pre- meeting Cookie appeared to feel comfortable, so we booked. This experience was by far not what I expected! This family was the sweetest, most caring and loving family and Cookie moved right in! She enjoyed cuddles and play and treats every day and Katie was fantastic about sending pictures and messages reassuring us Cookie was having a great experience! I couldn’t be more pleased and will certainly be using Katie and John in the future! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the peace of mind to truly enjoy our vacation!

Ashley was a dog mom's dream come true. We are new to the area and nervous about leaving Snickers for the week. He has always been boarded with his trainer and this time was going to be a big change for both of us. Ashley made me feel very comfortable with her watching him. Snickers had a great time and Ashley kept in contact with me with texts, videos and pictures (much appreciated). Ashley will definitely be seeing Snickers again.

Monica was great. She has two great dogs herself and my two little ones got along great with them. She sent me photos which helped keep me at ease.

Denise was amazing with our 5 month old puppy. He had such a great time staying with her for the weekend. This was our first time leaving him and she was great and reaching out to me and sending little messages on how he was doing. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for their pet to be loved and taken care of by someone who would treat them as her own. I would definitely use Denise again for pet sitting!

Kevin was so great with our dog! He kept us up to date on how he was doing during his overnight and made sure to send photos and videos. His pups welcomed our dog and we’re great playmates, our dog came back very happy and tired. I can’t recommend Kevin enough!

I recently left my dog, Roxy, in the care of Jenny, and overall, it was a very good experience. From the initial meet-and-greet, Jenny showed a clear comfort with our dog and took the time to learn about Roxy’s personality and needs. Her home was pet-friendly, and provided a safe environment. She maintained regular communication during the stay, sending updates and photos that helped me feel reassured while I was away. I appreciated her professionalism, especially in helping our dog initial nervousness during the first visit. Overall, Jenny provided good, reliable care in a warm home setting. I would feel comfortable using her services again and recommending her to other pet owners looking for trustworthy in-home care.

Katie is a fabulous Dogsitter! Sparky was well cared for and enjoyed his stay. She was awesome about being flexible on dropping off and pick up times. She also provided routine updates and pictures so I knew my little guy was doing well and happy.
