Dawn was a lifesaver, I was on an extended trip and had a different sitter that for some reason just didn’t work out, one of my cats specifically was very nervous around her. When Dawn took over pretty last minute I have to add I was a bit concerned that my cat would be skittish because of the experience with the other sitter, but that wasn’t the case. All my cats were relaxed around Dawn and she made me feel very comfortable trusting her with their care. She went above and beyond for my babies. Will definitely contact her in the future. Rachel is amazing! She’s incredibly sweet with our puppy gives us such peace of mind while we’re away. Her updates are always detailed and thoughtful — I really appreciate knowing how Maggie did, what they did together, and any little quirks from the visit. And the pictures she sends are adorable. I’m so grateful we found someone so kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Michael is the best! He has always been so flexible when we need him last minute. Very reliable and prompt which makes us feel relieved knowing our dog is in such good hands when we are away!
