Cristina was great! She was so accommodating with the times I needed her and was very communicative throughout the process. I got updates, pictures and anytime I reached out to her she was always quick to respond. She also did a meet and greet prior to watching our dog which made me feel comfortable meeting her and having our dog meet her and Vice versa. We were hesitant to use rover because we didn’t know if we could trust anyone with our puppy. Purva has completely changed our opinion of how helpful this service can be. She’s detailed and extremely patient. You can tell someone that has good energy from a mile away and she has it. Our pup loves her, and we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Katrina was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. She did great with my two pups, one of which is a senior and needs a bit of special handling and the other that can be a little skidding and scared of new people. Would definitely recommend!!!
