This is the first time I used Rover and it was a wonderful experience. Pumba is an exceptionally nervous and scared cat and Hailey did a wonderful job with him. I have more vacation time coming up in the future and hopefully Hailey is available cuz I will use her every time. An awesome experience

This is the second time we’ve had Katie take care of our cat during our lengthy vacation and everything went great. Not only did she take amazing care of our cat but she went above and beyond with sweeping the bathroom and refilling litter boxes.

Nisa is incredible. She really cares for our animals as if they were her own. One of our pups had an accident and she did not hesitate to clean him up. We love having her as part of our extended family.

Chris was great. He’s very respectful and he handled all of our dogs and cats.
