Nicholas is very professional and have so much patience and compassion with my special needs rescue Cassius, always he lets me know how things are going too, which makes me feel relax and allows me to focus on my endeavours. Nicholas is such a good hearted and nice person to work with that Cassius immediately felt at ease with him .
