This was my first time using Rover to have someone watch our dog and Angelica made the whole process simple and comfortable. Before the scheduled day, she met with us for a meet and greet, ensuring everything was in order. Wonderful meet-and-greet drop-in visit! Kamryn was really kind and calm, and our dog seemed really comfortable with her. I hired Jennifer to do drop ins everyday for my cat for 10 days. I am naturally an anxious person and she was very understanding as I never left my cat for that long before. She fed him his wet food and treats , played with him , cleaned both his liter boxes, and gave him fresh water each day. She followed my instructions to a T regarding which lights to leave on and what doors to keep closed etc . Her personality made me feel very secure having her in my apartment. She is extremely reliable and always communicating promptly and clearly . She sent me photos each day and let me know how he was doing , he was a bit upset at first but then quickly warmed up to her. I would definitely recommend her services for cat drop ins and I hope if I ever need to hire someone again that she is available . It’s hard to find reliable , trustworthy, kind and caring people, but she is definitely all of those things ! Thanks again Jennifer !
