Absolutely loved having Kylie and Kristoffer care for my senior dog, Simba! 🐶 They were super attentive, gave me regular updates (with the cutest pics!), and made sure Simba was happy and well-loved the whole time. Marlene is a god send. She took exceptional care of my pup. Frequent pictures and text messages were sent throughout the day. He had a great time and we will be definitely be rebooking for any future events when needed.

Our Frenchie Zeus had a wonderful time during his stay with Wan. She kept us updated daily with photos and videos which we truly appreciated. She treated our Zeus like family and we couldn’t ask for anything more. I will be using her services in the near future.

Matthew was amazing with Meadow. We had a quick 24 hours in NYC. His location is close to Times Square and Broadway so it was easy to coordinate schedules. Matthew was very easy to communicate with and provided updates and photos for me. Meadow was relaxed with him from when we met. I will definitely book Matthew again if I ever return to NYC.

Pamela was immediately responsive when booking, and hopped on a call within minutes to meet on the phone. She made me feel very comfortable and trusting, especially since it was my first time using Rover. She took my two big dogs last minute for an overnight and made sure they got to play at the dog park, went on walks and cuddled with her on the couch. She sent videos, pictures and updates and made them feel right at home. She was fast to respond and so nice with them. We will definitely be using Pamela again!

It was my first experience leaving Royal with a sitter. However, I pleasantly surprised! From the initial greeting which gave me a sense of comfort that Royal was in good hands until his drop off, everything was awesome. Chris was professional, warm, kind and always communicated with me. His wife was nice enough to bake dog treats. They are truly top notch! I cant wait to go on vacation and Royal be with them because I know while we are on vacation, Royal will be on vacation too! If there was a 10 star I would give it!!! #THEBEST

100% recommended. Hawthorne took care of Pepper for a weekend and I strongly recommend him! Easy communication, tones of pictures/videos and walks. and Pepper came back very happy. You can definitely tell that they have taken care of a lot of dogs and they know how to do it. We will no hesitate in contact him again! Thanks a lot!

Saldin was amazing with my 1 yr old retriever Woofles! She spent so much time taking her to the park, playing with her and sent a lot of pictures and videos. It was clear my dog was happy with her and enjoyed every minute of it! I would highly recommend Saldin to take care of your dog when you're away. She genuinely loves spending time with pets.

This is my third visit, and my dog T-Rex absolutely loves Keunyung! I always feel at ease knowing he's so well cared for and happy here. Highly recommend!
