It is the first time that we have used Joanne and we can say that it is apparent that Joanne has an appreciation for pets. Our 2 senior aged cats were well cared for.

Eleanor was fantastic with our 2 energetic pups. She arrived on time, and followed our instructions to a tee. We will definitely use her again if we need a drop in visit.

Riley met Max today and he started approaching her and sniffing her within a few minutes. She definitely knows how to use the high pitched voice and sit on the ground so timid dogs can approach her at their own time. We will definitely use her again when we need help with our dog or cat.

Kind, communicative and did not rush through the visits. My dogs were in good hands!

It was a wonderful experience using rover.com. I was able to meet a very kind woman named Laura who did what I needed and she gave me peace of mind while leaving my cats for the first time. I felt so relieved when I met her and could see how nice she is! She made me feel so comfortable leaving my cats and I would recommend rover and Laura to everyone who loves their pets and must leave them.

Lulu's visits from Lori were the first time in our 5+ years someone other than family has watched or fed her. I was very nervous starting the process. After reading so many positive reviews on different providers, I was feeling better. The pre-visit with Lori was fantastic. Her entire demeanor was calm, a great match for Lulu. I only thought of my girl once the whole day. The second time was on the bus home when I had intended to check in. It was a great experience and Lulu voted yes for Lori to come back.

She was amazing and followed all directions perfectly. I would definitely recommend her for dogs of any size because she wasn’t intimidated at all, and a lot of people are!
