Kelly was able to take care of Earl and Norm within short notice which I’m super grateful for! She spent plenty of time with them and kept me fully updated while I was away on vacation. Lauren was consistent with our twice a day drop-ins even after getting a huge amount of snow on day 2 of checking in on my 2 kitties! She took time to make sure their litter was clean, they were fed, and played with them. The report card photos were a treat we looked forward to after every visit! Kacey was very communicative and even came to meet Benson before the day so they could get familiar with one another! She was very patient with my shy kitty, but once he warmed up, she sent lots of loving and sweet pictures of him. My buddy puked and she cleaned it up for me and was very understanding the whole time, Kacey is fantastic and next time I got away I will definitely get ahold of her again!
