Very easy to communicate with and so thoughtful! My cats’ water fountain was low and she noticed it without me asking and filled it, which I really appreciated. My cats adored her!

This was my first time using Rover and Aileen set the bar high! She answered all my questions and was extremely communicative and clear! Her daily updates were uplifting in the time that I had to leave my babies behind, she encapsulated their personalities perfectly! It made me feel so much better leaving knowing that someone who picks up on their personality and character on the first visit and used that to drive her exceptional and caring services for my dogs!

Alexandra was a great help. Her photographs of my cats playing and rolling around very much reassured me that all was well while I was gone! When my plans changed and I had to come home early due to an injury, she continued the booking in order to help out with pet care as I mended. I had opportunity to interact with her and see firsthand her level of professionalism, confidence, and reliability. Five stars from all of us!

If I could have given a 6 or 7 Star Review, I would have. Alexis did a great job caring for our critters. The litter box, food and water, as well as the treats were all taken care of a good and timely manner. She even kept an eye on our mostly hibernating leopard gecko. She is a definite TOP on our list when we need a pet sitter again.

Taylor was right on time for visits and sent pics of my very happy dog!
