This was my first time with having someone to check in on my cat and it was great with Dinh! Dinh shared pictures and a minor report of how the check in went. Dinh is very easy going, responsible and thorough person. These qualities are reassuring when one needs to trust someone with their baby pet. I would definitely ask Dinh to check in on my cat next time I travel.

Lorraine was an absolute saint with my little Lefty!! She was punctual, professional, reliable, and even worked with me last minute for some additional days and times I needed. She sent updates and photos and kept me updated every visit. It’s important to me my fur babies are well taken care of when I’m away and I felt at ease knowing she had everything taken care of. I will definitely be using her services in the future.

We were brand new to Rover and she was kind enough to do a quick meet and greet with Ruby and our family before our drop-in to make sure we had a chance to get acquainted and feel comfortable with our booking. At the last minute a friend who was going to look in on my dogs backed out and I had to scramble to find someone to come in to let them out and all while I was at work. Jennifer was a godsend coming in last minute and my two old dogs seemed to really enjoy their potty time and visit.
