I can't express enough how wonderful Charles was in taking care of my cats! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in great hands. He not only took care of their basic needs but went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. Every day, Charles sent me the cutest updates, complete with photos and little anecdotes that truly brightened my day. Charles truly made an effort to keep their routine as normal as possible. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Charles won his heart, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he provided. It's clear that Charles has a genuine love for animals, and I could tell my cats adored him just as much as I did. If you're looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were their own, look no further than Charles.
