This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Kristie has been absolutely wonderful. She has looked after our four kitties with the utmost care. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was prompt, professional, and so sweet with our very scaredy -cat, Acorn. She gave us awesome updates and pictures from every visit, and answered any questions we had. She even brought in packages without us asking.
