This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was prompt, professional, and so sweet with our very scaredy -cat, Acorn. She gave us awesome updates and pictures from every visit, and answered any questions we had. She even brought in packages without us asking. We will 1000% be asking Shannon to check in on Acorn again!

Wade was on time and thorough, right from the beginning of our interactions. He asked us questions that I hadn’t even considered such as had we left his name with our vet in case of emergencies so he could bring in our cat should it be needed. He also mentioned, that that had never happened to him, but always good to be prepared. Highly recommended.

Finding a polite, dependable, and punctual dog walker or sitter is challenging, to say the least. Even in our gig economy, the talent in the marketplace leaves much to be desired. Without outright saying she is excellent, which she is. It's more important to illustrate. So, I asked if she would meet my new puppy before I hired her to walk him. She was more than happy to do so and preferred it that way for her reasons. Unfortunately, the night she was supposed to come over, it was a snowy, icey mess. I figured she would reschedule due to the weather. NOPE, she showed up at the time she said she would! I thought, before I even met her, that she was hired. And she was exactly as polite and professional in person as she was over the app. Great find, and I would highly recommend Kristie for your pet needs!!

Bianca was fantastic. She took care of our dog with love and compassion as if he was her own. She even went as far as to shovel out additional areas for him to use the bathroom after a big snowfall Highly recommended.

Jake went above and beyond taking care of our dog Riley, when we were away for a week. We will definitely be using him again!

Hannah was great to work with. She was able to set up a meet and greet on really short notice. She seems like a genuine cat person and my cats warmed up to her fast. She also sent lots of pictures which I really appreciate.
