She was so nice and caring. She accidentally let my dog into the cat room (cause my dog is sneaky like that), but she more than willingly offered to add an additional 30 minutes free of charge. She truly cares for the animals and I would definitely trust her to keep my babies well fed and safe. She was very sick to respond and give me updates as well.

Liz is just the best. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats (which is a lot), but also, one of the dogs is ancient and needs extra help and the other is a nervous rescue. Liz made everyone feel at ease and made sure they were well loved. This is the longest we have been away (almost 2 weeks) but I was reassured that everyone was in the best hands. I could not recommend a better sitter.

Raquel was absolutely wonderful! My dog can be nervous with new people, and Raquel took the time to ease my dog into the visit, send updates and was consistently responsive before and during the booking. Would absolutely use her again!
