Nicole was truly amazing. From the moment we met her, she made us feel completely at ease about leaving our senior fur baby in her care for a full week. She was so sweet, gentle, and patient, and you could tell right away how much she genuinely loves animals. Her updates kept us calm the entire time! We never once worried because we knew our baby was with someone who cared just as much as we do. She went above and beyond every single day, and we felt so safe and supported having her watch over our little one. We’re so grateful for her, and we would trust her again in a heartbeat. Mark was just fantastic looking after my boys: communicative, conscientious, and just a true animal lover. He really took the time to get my cats to warm up to him, and just had such a mellow demeanor. Highly recommend him (and will use his services again if you don’t snag him first!).
