She was excellent with Oogie. She followed instructions. Gave him his medicine and playing with him after he ate.

This is our first time using Rover and we felt so lucky that we found Karen. Karen takes care of our pets not only with full of experience and patience, but also with love and sentiment. She’s always so considerate, thoughtful and responsive and she gets along with both of our pets so well just after a couple of visits. We trust her 100% with our pets and will definitely rebook with her next time we are out of town. I highly recommend Karen.

Wen did a great job taking care of our cat, Lani! She was professional and gave Lani the much needed attention she craved while we were away and of course provided daily updates on how Lani was doing. When we came home, Lani was happy, healthy, and so full of energy to see us! Thanks so much Wen!

Andrew was so helpful taking care of my cats. Very communicative and had a great attention to detail. He sent me lots pictures so I wouldn’t have to worry while I was away.

Chloe was fantastic with Harley! She was super responsive and kept me updated the whole time with great photo updates, which really put my mind at ease. She stayed on top of every detail—from timely feedings and fresh water to making sure Harley got all her potty breaks in. It’s clear she’s responsible and truly cares. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Maryann built a good relationship with our cat and dog. I felt very confident leaving them in her care. She handled our dog’s three different medications very well. All was well when we returned home!

Birger was SO amazing with Rose and so attentive and responsive. He took such amazing care of her and she was in the best mood when I got home. It's clear she got lots of cuddles and scritches as she was in such a sweet and happy mood when I got home. Leah did an amazing job with mailo! They were engaged, caring, and provided wonderful updates with photos at the end of the visit. My dog was happy and well cared for, he napped well for a while after. Highly recommend!
