This was my first trip since adopting my cat, and Rachel's updates and level of care for Kai calmed my anxiety so much. She provided plenty of pictures and detailed accounts of his behavior and activity. Will be booking her again for any future trips.

More than being reliable, responsive and trustworthy, she's one of the kindest people you'll meet and you can tell right away she's an animal lover and knowledgeable too. Shes a gem. Pamela took amazing care of our cats while we were gone. She was so professional, kind, and responsive through the whole visit and was so kind and loving when she met our cats at the meet and greet!

Lauryn took incredible care of my cat Jessi over the holiday. Jessi is usually shy but she absolutely adored Lauryn, waited at the door for her, cuddled. Lauryn followed every instruction perfectly, sent detailed updates and photos and kept everything clean. I felt completely at ease while traveling. Highly recommend her and would definitely book again!

Birger was SO amazing with Rose and so attentive and responsive. He took such amazing care of her and she was in the best mood when I got home. It's clear she got lots of cuddles and scritches as she was in such a sweet and happy mood when I got home.
