I can't express enough how wonderful Charles was in taking care of my cats! From the moment we met, I knew my fur babies were in great hands. He not only took care of their basic needs but went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved and comfortable while I was away. Every day, Charles sent me the cutest updates, complete with photos and little anecdotes that truly brightened my day. Charles truly made an effort to keep their routine as normal as possible. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Charles won his heart, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he provided. It's clear that Charles has a genuine love for animals, and I could tell my cats adored him just as much as I did. Brielle was very responsive and spent great quality time playing and petting our cat while we were away. She also sent some very cute Rover cards with photos and descriptions of what they did that visit. She is very responsible and dependable! Will definitely use her again!

This was my first time using Rover & I was extremely nervous, Megan came over to introduce herself and I was immediately at ease. She respected us having a no shoe policy & she was fast to respond to my text messages. I felt happy and confident leaving my fur baby with her.

Carly came by for her second time and let out our 3 dogs. She’s been doing a great job of using the treats to get them to listen. I’ll be contacting her again to see if she can drop by next week!

Kyla was great in caring for my two dogs, including a 4 month old puppy. She really helped ease the stress of new puppy ownership with descriptive daily feedback and photos. She helped get our puppy adjusted to a new routine and we felt comfortable knowing he was in great hands each day. She also made sure our older dog was not left out of the daily fun. Krista treated my dog so nicely. He had a great time with her and all of his needs were met including playtime, outside walk/potty break and feeding him his lunch. I’m very grateful to have found Krista to help care for my boy. She sent me a video of Koa playing his favorite game of tug and wrote kind words about him on his Rover card. So grateful for the care Justin gives my furkids every visit! They greet him at the door (that's a pretty big deal for cats, lol) and he is totally committed to always giving them the best care.
