Sara was absolutely fantastic! With it being my first time using Rover, and needing a cat sitter on such short notice, I didn’t know what to expect. But Sara made me feel so at ease, and was very kind, flexible, and professional. She was on time, and followed all the feeding instructions and requests that I had left. After every visit Sara provided detailed visit notes and lots of photos. Even going as far as to clean food bowls, sweep up litter, and provide lots of enrichment to keep my cat entertained. I definitely recommend Sara, and will be using her in the future!

Caitlyn was a Godsend. In 15 years of having our fur babies, this is the first time that we needed pet-sitting help from someone who's not a family member. She came over the same day to meet us, and she was a hit with my husband and my parents who were visiting. Even two of our pets who are extremely shy eventually warmed up to her while we were away. Most importantly was someone who can give meds, and she handled that like a pro. Now that I know I can have this level of peace of mind with our pets, I will definitely hire Caitlyn again.

I originally had a trusted friend coming to take care of our cats while we went away who cancelled the night before we left! I contacted Sheli and she was able to come at the last minute! We were so relieved. She communicated well with us and checked in every day with pictures of our kitty. She was honest and took care of some things around the house for us that I didn’t expect, like bringing in the mail and deliveries. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.
