She's incredibly reliable and communicates well, which gives us peace of mind when we're at work. What truly sets Rafaela apart is her understanding of dog training and behavior. She doesn't just walk Rocco - she actively works with him on better leash manners and reducing pulling. It's clear she uses their time together purposefully. He gets the exercise he needs and the training reinforcement that helps him become a better-behaved dog. Highly recommend.

Yvette has been wonderful with Hugo. Hugo is enjoying his walks very much. Yvette is very accommodating and has been quite flexible with some schedule changes.
