Doug is great!!! As a first time actual as a Rover user (skimmed but never actiually booked), he was an amazing choice. During the girls stay, he sent video and picture updates when asked or on his own. He sent a recap of their daily activities and interactions. He picked up their personalities right away. Asked questions when needed. Definitely would recommend Doug for your next Rover reservation. :-)

Taylor was absolutely amazing she made it a very easy and comfortable process, she always sent us photos of lily and made sure we were updated. She went above and beyond for us,we knew lily was in good hands. We couldn’t recommend her more!!

Amazing experience!!! Our first time leaving our Lexí and Ninoska did amazing in making use feel like it wasn’t . Amazing communication with pictures and on top of everything …our 4 month Lexí came home learning how to go up stairs which she wasn’t prior to her stay. Thank you, Milena! Lucy always has a wonderful time with Milena but recently lost vision in both eyes and has been very tentative as she adjusts. Milena had her walking again and Lola was a perfect buddy for a newly blind dog. So grateful for your loving care of Lucy.

Manuel was excellent with Tula! Very communicative and very patient and professional. He’s definitely a great pet sitter for your last minute travels and late pick ups. I would definitely recommend his services. 10/10

I received frequent, high-quality pictures and videos updates that melted my heart and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Dianond is incredibly friendly, professional, and accessible. She was so accommodating, making sure she met every single one of my needs and routine requirements without any fuss. It’s clear she treats the dogs in her care like her own family. I had to leave on a longer trip (about 10 days) and chose Tynesha again. As always Tynesha and her family treated empire like their own. They even gave him a bath (which left him smelling wonderful and his coat extra soft!). I highly recommend bring your loved ones here for a loving and amazing time. Caroline was so kind and attentive for Dallas! I booked with her last minute and she didn’t mind at all and jumped right into things. She sent me updates and photos without asking which I appreciated so much being away!

Jia took incredible care to our cat during our family vacation. She was very responsive, sent lots of updates and we know our cat was well taken care of and had lots of interaction. Highly recommend Jia!
