Manuel is amazing! We booked a trial run with Manuel to prep for our weeklong trip, as Mimi is quite the trouble maker. Manuel handles Mimi with ease and care, she walked beside him like they had been friends forever. Manuel sent us pictures with her new playmates and she looked so happy.
